Tulimeyo Kaapanda is a social entrepreneur with over 31 years of experience in socio-economic development. She began her career in media before expanding into policy formulation, project management, capacity building, product development, and institutional development.
She has held senior roles including Private Sector Liaison Officer for Namibia at the World Bank Group, Country Manager for the U.S. Global Trade Network, Senior Experts Representative under the Netherlands’ Senior Experts Programme, and Commercial and Prosperity Officer at the British High Commission. Kaapanda has successfully managed government- and donor-funded programmes that strengthen institutional capacity and business competitiveness. She holds an MBA (NQA Level 9) and a Level 7 qualification in Management Studies.
