Dr. Ndeulipula Hamutumwa
Dr. Ndeulipula Hamutumwa is a distinguished corporate executive and respected leader within Namibia’s business community. He currently serves as Executive Director: Strategy and Corporate Affairs at Naras Investment (Pty) Ltd Group, a diversified investment holding company with interests spanning marine resources, food processing, cold storage infrastructure, property, financial services, and hospitality.
With over 22 years of cross-sector experience, Dr. Hamutumwa has built a strong track record in strategic leadership, corporate governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and overall business administration.
His professional career encompasses a broad range of industries, including the public sector, diamond mining, unlisted asset management, marine resources, infrastructure development, and sports administration. He holds a solid academic foundation, including a degree in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Business Leadership, an Executive Master’s in Sport Management, and a Doctorate in Commerce.
Dr. Hamutumwa currently serves as Board Chairman of Namdeb Holdings (Pty) Ltd and is a Board Member of Debmarine Namibia (Pty) Ltd. He has also previously contributed to public sector governance as a board member of the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF).
In addition, he is the President of the Namibia National Olympic Committee, where he plays a key role in advancing sports development at a national level.
